Nestled in the heart of the Cheshire countryside we are the perfect rural location for any one seeking that something special. Our location whilst rural is also convenient for major roads and the motorway networks

We are surrounded by fields, bridle paths and hedgerows and the area is a haven for wild life, also an ideal location for those who like to cycle and walk.

The house is a large detached property nestled in large gardens and benefiting from a heated out door pool. All bedrooms have their own ensuite with power showers, heated towel rails and we have underfloor heating throughout the property. We have plenty of off road parking.

We have ONE Large Luxury Ensuite room available.

There is a Large fully fitted kitchen that you are welcome to use with ample fridges, freezer, chillers, microwave, juicer, blender, toaster, and double oven range cooker, grill, waffle maker, whisk. Ample pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. We have every appliance you could possibly require. All we ask is that you leave the kitchen as you find it.

There is a utility room with a new large 15kg top loading Washing Machine Clothes Airers. Iron & Board.

There is a large open plan dining and lounge area and an additional Large Separate lounge - all benefit from Flat screen TVs, and in house music.

There are large beautiful gardens and patios that overlook the Cheshire country side and a fully serviced outdoor heated pool that guests are free to use at their own risk .(In season) ---now closed for winter...but we had the best lock down venue in Cheshire!

The rent shown is for full time SINGLE OCCUPANCY and is for a minimum of 3 months (PLUS 1 FULL CALENDAR MONTHS NOTICE) SO FOUR MONTHS MINIMUM STAY

Then month by month as we so wish. There are no other bills to pay - this is a fully inclusive rent. The deposit is ONLY refundable at the end of your stay and after notice has been given and the room and en suite are returned immaculate as taken.
