Renting out our double bedroom annex, property owners live next door inside the house and the annex is private for you with no access to the main house and your own door access with key, owners are husband, wife and child with their pet cat.

~The annex will be rented with all bills included in the price monthly, council tax, gas, electric, water, WI-FI with booster.

- Shower room (En-suite with shower, toilet and sink)

- Kitchen with all appliances ( cooker / hob / fridge freezer, cupboards, sink, washing machine.

- Small paved garden area with seating which is the families but can be used to chill out in also.
- Plenty of walks around - Grappenhall Gardens being close by, Walton gardens, Stockton heath café and restaurants.
- Internet provided with booster.
- On road parking - always space to park anywhere.
