Hi there, I've recently moved into this newly refurbished flat on Runcorn Road in Barnton and i'm looking for a flatmate who preferably is a professional and hopefully after long term tenancy. 1 single room, potentially a room being able to be used for storage just next to it, both loft rooms. The room is unfurnished so you can make it pretty much your own. All white goods are included and allowed to use, rest of the house is furnished, but included pictures from a month or 2 ago when i moved in. It would be £500 a month after a bit of an introduction and background checks just to make sure we'd be both happy with the arrangement. I'm a professional male(27) working in a customer service job, off twice a week and work on a Saturday, and do 3 long shifts a week so wouldn't be living on top of each other. I'm ideally looking for someone who wants a chill and friendly home life. Can't have massive all nighter parties or loud music playing after the allowed time. Quite flexible within house rules as long as there's communication and understanding.
