Double room in Birchwood for rent

I am looking to rent out one of my double bedrooms. I am a 35 year old professional female.

The house is a beautiful detached property in a very quiet neighbourhood. It has 3 bedrooms, huge living and dining area, 2 bathrooms and a lovely garden. It is close to the motorways and within walking distance to the railway station and business park, including the shopping centre in Birchwood.

I would prefer a mon - fri let but happy with weekends too, especially if the flatmate is friendly and easy to get along with. I work away from home during the week so you will have the house to yourself most of the week. Hence, I need to feel comfortable and trust my new housemate.
I will strictly only accept professionals.
