I'm Jess, 31 looking for two housemates to share my lovely home located in Burtonwood. Excellent links to both Manchester and Liverpool and a stones throw from Amazon and Evri depos. Plenty of supermarkets nearby such as Aldi, Lidl, Asda and a Co-op within walking distance. The nearest train station is St Helens junction which is a five minute car journey away. Both rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. We have a large kitchen diner and living room as well as a beautiful garden for you to enjoy. If required there would be use of a driveway included which could easily fit another vehicle. There's also the advantage of two more spare rooms for extra storage. The house feels very spacious and garden is very private. I work mostly from home. Ideally looking for a female housemate, student or professional.
