Live in landlord, I designed and renovated the house myself.

I'm looking to rent out my spare room to share with myself and my almost German sheps
pay per cuddle for these!!.
Soooo..... a dog lover and someone wanting a home rather than just a room would be fab.

Garden – 7mtr x 7mtr modern tiled patio with bespoke corner seat and concrete table with a retractable sun awning, great for summer bbq's if we have the sun.
Grass area now been completed, same size as the patio.

Close to Cheadle town and 5 min drive to Stockport
Not far by car or bus to airport for the airport workers.

Smoking/smokers are fine, no smoking in the actual house up stairs. when i re paint the down no smoking in house
I'm a smoker but that's what id like after re painting
Smoking is ok in the utility etc unless clothes are drying and all that jazz
