You will have the exclusive use of the entire apartment.
The apartment will be professionally cleaned before arrival bedding and towels provided.

This two double bedroom city apartment is available to book on a short term basis, offering an alternative to hotel living when away from home. The apartment is located a short walk from Chester city centre and train station with Waitrose on the doorstep.

The holiday apartment has two furnished double bedrooms both complete with bed linen and towels.
High speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including:
oven, Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, washing machine, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, glasses and utensils.

The comfortable living room has a flat screen smart TV, Sofa and Sofa bed.

The rent is inclusive of all bills.

The apartment can be booked on a weekly basis Monday to Friday at a rate of £240 for 4 nights or 7 nights from £385

Check in to the apartment is from 4pm and check out is before 10am

The apartments also have a desk at least one of the bedrooms.

Evening and weekend parking permit.

The apartment can only be booked as a whole apartment.
Rooms can not be booked individually.
