The house is located in Westminster Park which is a very popular and disable area of Chester. It’s ideally for someone looking for somewhere quiet and safe to call home. The house is very near Chester Business Park and local shops are just a walk away which include hairdressers, co op, bakery, pharmacy and takeaways to name a few! Also near a local gym, 2 tennis clubs, golf course, supermarkets and local park. Also the local bus stop is only a few minutes walk away which takes you to chester city centre and is only a short bus trip. Or The City Centre is a pleasure walk and is less then two miles away. Also easy access to Airbus and Broughton Retail Park which is about 10 min drive away.
I have a washing machine and unlimited broadband. There is also a garage which can be used for bike storage. The bathroom has a combi boiler, so hot water on demand. Also there is a shared living room. Plenty of off road parking available on the drive and free on street parking too. I also have a small friendly dog who lives with me.
I am looking for a professional or mature student who is clean/tidy and laid back.
The rent is £400 for the single room and £475 for the double room. All bills (including council tax) are included in the rent.
I would consider a Monday to Friday let.
