It is in a superb central location with short walks to Chester rail station (2 minutes), Chester city centre (5 minutes) and Chester bus station (5 minutes).
Residents parking may be available at £5/month otherwise free parking after 6pm and Sundays only.
Rents include ALL BILLS and superfast fibre 80GB broadband from Zen.
