Young Professional House Share Chester

Hello, I'm Hannah and I live in Chester with my partner, Joe and our cocker spaniel puppy. We rent out 2 rooms within our home. 1 of our current housemates is relocating so we have 1 room available.

I've been a live in landlord for more than 4 years so have experience with multiple tenants. Ideally like to meet for a coffee/drink in Chester to get to know you as a person which is important for me to get along with someone who is living in my home. Providing we're both happy then I would be happy for you to view the rooms in person before making a decision as to if it works for you too.

Rent is inclusive of bills and contracts are offered on a 6 month basis unless otherwise agreed.

Move in date flexible, available May. Mon-Fri let also possible. Ideally the prospective tenant would only require to work from home once a week but this can be discussed.

The Area
The property is in an ideal location, close to Chester Business Park with access to great bus and cycle routes to Chester City centre and Broughton. Nuffield health gym is nearby.

30 mins walk into Chester City centre, with local beer place, takeaways, co-op, butchers, fishmongers, bakery and deli in Westminster Park (8 mins away).

The house
The property is a new build house that I've been making my home for the last 18 months. As a live in landlord I will proactively keep on top of any issues that may arise. Seeking young professional people who are clean and tidy, sociable and respect their fellow house mates. Must love dogs 🐾 (you're not expected to help out with the doggo but he is of course part of my home 🐶)

Fully equipped kitchen with cupboard space for individuals. Living area with SMART TV and sofa. Dining table and chairs. Garden for communal use also.

Your Room
Double ottoman bed, wardrobe, 3 drawer unit and bed side table allows plenty of storage. Along with a desk and chair provided.

Bathroom
The main bathroom will be shared between yourself, one other tenant and any occasional guests. Myself and Joe have use of an ensuite.

Bills
Bills all inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax and fibre optic broadband)

£330 deposit required

Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, steam mop, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans all available to use.
