This ad is for a Double bedroom in a Three bed semi-detached house in Huntington.

Will be sharing with just one other person (the owner)

All bills included - as well as Wifi, Netflix and Sky channels.

Complete with spacious driveway and a back garden which leads on to a gym - can be used when not in use by owner.

Bedroom shows as unfurnished but double bed can be included if required - integrated wardrobe and shelves already in room.

Shared bathroom - however there’s a separate toilet next to the attic room / study - Both of which can be used by the new occupant.

Spacious shared kitchen with large fridge freezer and ample storage.

Two downstairs reception living areas so plenty of room for privacy.

There is a bus stop directly outside the house that leads straight into Chester city centre… just over a 5 minute drive.

There’s also a ‘Ginger’ Scooter parking space opposite the house if the occupant wants a different mode of transport for access to town.

There is a row of shops nearby - corner shop, takeaways and a hairdressers.

Co op is a five minute walk down the road, along with a very pleasant local pub.

Fifteen minute walk to the River Dee off Sandy lane.

Thirty minute walk to the centre of Chester.

Caldy valley nature park also over the road.

Don’t mind smokers as long as it’s done outside of the house.
