The room is a large en suite, fully furnished, with a shared living room and kitchen. The kitchen was completely re done in January this year which includes a dishwasher.
The house is located Just 5 minutes away from park gate road campus and Tescos, while only a 15min walk from the centre of Town. There is a small area for parking around the back and lots of parking on the surrounding streets available. It is also next to a bus stop. The house is currently occupied with 4 other female students.
I am only giving this room up due to personal circumstances meaning that I am going to commute in my final year due to needing to me home.
