I have 1 large en suite double room available and 1 average sized double en suite room (rooms 1 & 3 on the floorplan), in my 8 bedroom house which will be free from 14th May & 1st June. They are both ground floor rooms.

All of the rooms in the house have en suites, double beds and fitted wardrobes. Prices are reflected in room size.

All bills (gas, electric, water and internet) are included in the rent, including Council Tax. There is high speed broadband throughout.

The property is a 5 minute walk to the train station and 12 minutes to the city centre. There is a secure bike shed in the back yard.

I am looking for tenants who want a quiet, clean house to come back to after work. If you want a party house, this is not for you.

I am professional landlord with multiple properties and I manage them myself to ensure communication and standards are kept at a high level.
