All bills are included in the rent, including Council Tax. There is high speed broadband with multiple routers ensuring connectivity to each room, perfect for working from home.

The property is a 5 minute walk to the train station and 12 minutes to the city centre. There is a secure bike shed in the back yard.

I am looking for tenants who want a quiet, clean house to come back to after work. If you want a party house, this is not for you.

I am professional landlord with multiple properties and I manage them myself to ensure communication and standards are kept at a high level.
