Double room in apartment by the racecourse :-)

Hi, I’m a professional with a spare room at my property. I bought it last year and have painted it throughout, brand new furnishings throughout the living areas and bedrooms etc. I’m a non-smoker.

Well looked after and in a great location on Walls Avenue. I work office hours, often do things in the weekday evenings, with weekends being a mix of being social and chilling out. Respectful of other people’s space, and have previously had housemates and found it easygoing, happy socialising or leaving them to do their own thing.

All usual mod cons in the flat - smart tv, with sky, Netflix etc, Alexa, loads of storage in the kitchen, also ottoman bed with decent sized wardrobe etc within the room.

Happy to show anyone around, have a coffee or whatever if there are any questions. Dining table so would suit anyone if a student or working from home too. I have an en suite for my room so basically have a bathroom to yourself. Happy if someone wants to add pictures or paint the room etc, or make some little alterations to make it more homely.

I’ve added some pictures, some I’ve taken myself and will add more, also added some from the purchase last year, including the floor plan so there is an idea of space. My housemate has said he is leaving at the end of August - the whole flat / apartment has been painted throughout and all new carpets and bed, bedside drawers and mattress all purchased last year and only had one short term housemate recently so the whole flat / apartment looks really good, fairly new development as they were built around 20 years ago.

I own and live in it, so no issues within the property - parking is available if required. All bills included at a decent price of £550. Happy to answer questions!
