Ideal for someone looking for their own space & privacy as current housemate will be away a lot.

Room is fully furnished; double bed, desk & chair, chest of drawers & wardrobe.

All bills included.

Shared spaces/access to: living room, dining room, kitchen & bathroom (+1 downstairs loo)

Please note, this is not a house share. It is a regular home with a spare room for a quiet, independent professional*.

*Not suitable for someone who works from home permanently.

On-street parking available for free (no permit needed) and walking distance to Chester train station. (less than 10mins)

Looking for someone quiet, independent and respectful who enjoys a relaxed & friendly environment to live in.
Being clean & tidy of utmost importance.
Must be ok living with a small dog.
Strictly no-smoking / vapes.
I am mindful of noise & look for someone of a similar mindset & who enjoys a quiet, calm home environment where volumes kept low.

About me - one guy & a small dog, have lived in a few different countries & previously used to host on Airbnb. Lots of great experiences hosting people from around the world! Interested in travel, food, books & country walks.

Room is £500pcm with all bills included
