As I will be moving out at the beginning of July, I am looking for a new tenant to replace me in my contract. The current contract runs until the end of November 2024, but our Landlord is happy to extend beyond this. The current rent is 497.5 per calendar month, per person (995 together). This does NOT included bills or wifi, which is already set up in the flat and will be split between both tenants. The council tax band is D (currently 93.5 pounds per person per month).
I will also be leaving my bed (with relatively new mattress) and desk (with chair), if you would like to buy this off of me, I would be happy to discuss a reasonable price! The room comes with two built in wardrobes that offer plenty of storage space. There is also a bathroom with bathtub that will be yours as the flat has 2 bathrooms.
