The room has just been fully refurbished (new carpet & furniture and redecorated). It has a new double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and is beautifully decorated with artwork, mirrors & plants. Depending on the tenants preference a desk or comfy chair can be provided.

You will also have use of an amazing shared kitchen complete with 2 ovens, 2 hobs, microwave, toast & kettles etc, American style fridge-freezer, ample shared & personal storage, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer.

The conservatory area has a large dining table as well as a work from home table and is equipped with a large TV. There is also a separate living room that can seat all, also with a large TV.

There are 2 luxury shower rooms, complete with lit mirrors and towel rails.
