Hello, I am looking for a person to complete a Tenancy Take over, which means that they take over my contract.
The rent is paid in 4 instalments.
It is an en suite, it has an oven, a sink, a shower, fridge freezer, wardrobe, double bed, personal shower, toilet and storage under the bed, a shelf, it has a desk with a computer chair and a 2 seat table for dinner.
There's often activities that the staff put on which is very good, they put out free goodies, do giveaways, everyone in the building is kind.
Very good for a first year student.
It's right in the city centre, very good security.
