I have recently bought and refurbished my house, where everything is brand new!!
I have spare double bedroom, which is a great size, with high ceilings that I would like to let out to a Professional who is looking for a Monday - Friday home. Again, everything in the room is completely brand new, including the bed and orthopedic mattress.
Location: Garden Quarter, Chester
The road is very quiet, and walking distance to the city centre, local shops and amenities.
I am a young professional, very easy going and likes to be social and equally like my own space during the week.
It would be great to have some company, as little or as often.
The property is at the last stages of finishing off and will be available from the end of May.
