Double Room In City Centre

Hello. I am a full time professional both working full time in corporate banking and studying for my MBA Finance degree too. I also train often as I perform in two different sports. So whilst I am oitgoing and sociable I guess I can be considered as a quiet type as I am quite busy atm and hardly ever free. I am considering to let my spare room for short term. The property is right in the city centre in a small but lovely 2 bed terraced house right next to Chester Museum and Grosvernor bus stop. The double room is furnished with double bed with memory matrace, a desk, and a closet wardrobe which has plenty of storage. The bills are included as well as fast 4 band broadband. There is a Smart TV in a living room with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ subscriptions available to use. L shaped kitchen and bathroom downstairs. The property is a historically listed property so has lots of character. And is in the perfect location for anyone not driving and wanting to be close to everywhere.  I am looking for someone who loves cats as I have a very intelligent pedigree curly cat Lucy living with me who is very sociable and loves attention. I am unsure if I want to commit to long term atm so prefer someone looking for short term anything between 2 to 6 months ideally. But may consider other options.
