I'm a live in landlord and have one double room to let in a 4 bed detached house. I live alone and the other bedrooms are empty, occasionally used for visiting family and friends. I have one male cat aged around 10. The house is ideally located, on a family occupied quiet cul de sac but within 5 minutes walk to Congleton town centre.
The house has off street private parking for one additional car. There is a good sized private garden to the rear of the property not overlooked. There is a nice sized lounge, kitchen and dining room, with a utility room including washing machine and tumble dryer.
The double room includes built in wardrobes and can be furnished / unfurnished. I've had a new bathroom fitted for this bedroom including a bath and shower and the other guest rooms to share.
All bills are included, including gas, water, electricity. There is no broadband or Sky tv, all living areas are communal.
I'm looking for someone who works in a professional capacity and someone who is friendly, clean and tidy to enjoy and share the house with. Please note also that the house is currently on the market for sale, and so short term let’s would be required, however the house has been on the market for the past 6 months
