The apartment is within walking distance of the town centre and Congleton train station, and only a 10-15 minute drive to the M6 motorway.
All bills are included. There are Smart TV’s in the bedroom and living room (no TV package in place) in addition to Alexa’s in the bedroom and living room.
This property is ideal for anybody who likes their own space as although I am the other occupant in the apartment, I am generally away in the evenings and overnight. Technically you would be getting the use of an apartment for the cost of renting a room.
Although a Monday to Friday let is my preferred option, I would consider 7 day letting in the right circumstances for £625 pcm, but do not want somebody who works from home.
