The Kitchen is modern with all appliances including, oven, hobs, microwave, fridge / freezer, air fryer, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, these are all available on a clean as you go basis. Where I have listed 1 person for a double room it's because of the wardrobe size. You need to discuss an increase with the landlord if you wish to rent as a couple for those rooms.
