Single Room

hi Tommy, here my current lodger has left to move to her own place so i find i have my room available again, this is a single room, not massive but comes with everything in it, bed, wardrobes, chests of draws all new, ect, 32'' tv on wall, will be ripping some stuff out and re-doing bedroom, house is very close to bus links that lead to tram and train links, parking, garden that im currently finishing off, built patio area but has make shift shed on at the moment till summer house sorted, fish pond now has koi carp and goldfish in, and sorting out area for summer house,. has all amenities, shared bathroom, shower, kitchen fully equipped, washer, dryer, microwave, looking for house share with down to earth person who's genuine and likes music , i'm a chef so work daft hours so most of time the place will be your own, so looking for someone who's easy going, but respectful of home at present redecorating. VERY GOOD REASON FOR FEMALE PREFERRED LODGER, AS ALL APART FROM 2 previous lodgers were ladies, last 2 male lodgers were both, no disrespectful, piss takers and untidy, sorry for last bit of info if your interested let me know but please be aware still in process of redecorating as now other house finished concentrating on mine now. sorry no more male tenants allowed, even my house in winsford is occupied by female and her child........Tommy. i will also consider lowering the stated rent to £300 per month for the right lodger
