I'm looking to rent my spare room. It's a 3-story newly built house and the room is on the 2nd floor. The top floor is my room and has its own Ensuite, so your bedroom would have sole use of the bathroom which is next door to the bedroom, with Bath and Shower.
The bed is a small double The bedroom is very pink and silver.

You would be sharing the Lounge, Kitchen, dining room & downstairs toilet with me.
The bedrooms and my office all have locks on for privacy,

I occasionally work away and also have a caravan, so im not in the house very much and it seems a waste to have the house empty. When im not away, i do work from home and the 3rd bedroom is an office.
You would have a space on the driveway to park a car. No garage. Lovely Adult garden to use.

I am very fussy about who I have in my house and I am big on people being respectful of my hard-earned property and possessions. Im looking for someone who is tidy and clean.

The House is 3.5 miles away from the M6 J17. It has a bus stop opposite the estate and the train station is 1 mile away.
The Local Leisure centre is 2 miles away and 2 miles away is Sandbach Town Centre, with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants.
The Estate is also opposite the Canal and this makes lovely walks or runs to be had.
