Hi I have a double room available. It's in a terraced property in Farndon near Chester, with gardens front and back. On street parking is available. It's a quiet and friendly neighborhood. I'm looking for a clean and tidy, easy going house mate. Healthy eating is important, there is no microwave and I don't like or cook fried food. Would be interested in sharing cooking when applicable and definitely sharing cleaning and gardening chores.
The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Currently it has a bed base and wardrobe.
Shared rooms would be living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet and of course the gardens.
