Room to rent in our relaxed 3 bed house

Living room/conservatory

Me and my 2 house mates are very good friends! But sadly one of us is leaving to live with his girlfriend. So us remaining 2 are looking for someone to come and take his room! Our house is a 3 bed semi on a quiet little road in Gatley. We have a big back garden, a decent sized garage, and a driveway. Plus loads of on street parking. We both work 9-5 and usually do our own things in the evenings, although sometimes we’ll end up watching something and having drinks. We don’t mind if you want to stay in your room 24/7 or if you want to sit in the living room 24/7! And everything in between! We are pretty sociable people, we have friends round every now and again, usually consisting of us sitting in the garden or living room/conservatory and drinking! Again, you can get involved all you like, or you can do your own thing the whole time! We aren’t fussy :) the bedroom pictured would be yours, however all the furniture will be moving with him. The bed can stay if needed, but will have to buy from Current occupier.
