Ideal for working professionals on a Monday to Friday basis. Occassional weekends stayovers are available for an additional charge of £25 per weekend subject to agreement 2 weeks prior to the stay.

King size room with a shared bathroom (between 2 rooms) situated on the top floor of a three-storey house in Chapelford village is available for rent. There are another 2 professionals staying on the first floor. A professional cleaning company cleans all communal areas every fortnight.

Each room is furnished to high standard and contains:
- built-in wardrobe
- king size bed
- bedside cabinets

The home has a modern kitchen with a dining area, snug room to watch TV, a sun room and two living rooms to relax. There is huge drive in front of the house with parking for upto 4 cars.

The house is situated close to M62 motorway and about 2 mins walk to the nearby bus stop. The "Sankey for Penketh" train station is close by, taking you to Manchester Oxford Road in 30 mins or to Liverpool Lime Street in 40 mins.

The house is close to David Lloyds gym, Great Sankey Leisure centre, Chapelford Arms pub and to Sainsburys/Asda.. Ideal location for peope working in Warrington, Liverpool, Widnes, Runcorn, St Helens, Lymm, Manchester.

All bills are included in the rent and this covers:

- Council tax
- Broadband
- TV Licence
- Gas
- Electricity
- Water
- Usage of our pots, pans, cutlery, plates, mugs
- Fortnightly cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, hallways)
- Your Bedroom & Bathroom cleaning (optional at no extra cost, just confirm if you'd like your room cleaned and leave the room unlocked that day)
