I’ve just moved back from Sydney after 6 years and have bought and recently renovated a 2 bed (plus office) flat in a nice little estate in Sankey.
The room is furnished, all bills and wifi, parking, household furnishing etc. are included along with no deposit and 2 weeks notice to move out is totally cool.
The train station will come on line shortly and the links in and out of Warrington are top quality.
I travel with work a lot and I’m out of the country a fair bit so I’m looking for someone laid back, easy going and respecting of the flat as it’s my first home.
