Double Room on Quiet street

We are looking for a housemate to move into our second bedroom in Great Sankey.

The house is on a quiet street with parking available outside the house, there is a bus stop at the end of the street with connections to Warrington town centre and Warrington West train station is around 15/20 mins walk with easy access to Liverpool and Manchester.
We are also a short walk from lots of local amenities such as Lidl, Sainsburys, Costa etc.

The room it's self is average size and furnished with a bed which can be used as a single or pulled out into a double. There is currently a desk in the room but this can be replaced with a wardrobe to suit your needs.

You would be sharing the house with two men (a couple) aged 26 and 27, we are friendly and easy going and like to live with someone who we can get along with but also wants to do their own thing.
We work various different hours so someone who can be quiet and considerate when we need to sleep is essential.

We are looking initially for someone to move in for up to 6 months with a view to longer term if things work well.
