Looking for a housemate

Bedroom for rent

2 bedroom house in sought after area, Handbridge.
The property has a shared living room and kitchen/dining room and bathroom.
Bills are not included in rental total. I would say with bills the total would be around £780/£800, broadband is included in bills.
I am looking for someone to move in that I can trust and feel comfortable with.
If someone is looking to move in with a friend I am more then open to being friends, going out together and spending time together, however if someone wants to keep to themselves I am also happy with that.
I am a 20 year old SEN teaching assistant that is very outgoing, I love music and watching series/films.
I do have ADHD but am very adaptable to different people.
The council tax band for this property is B.
There is a bed in the room, you will be able to keep the bed or throw it away and have your own as it is a bit squeaky however I am going to have a look at this and try to fix it.
Unsure at this point in time whether the mattress is staying or going but will be able to tell you when I get your application through. Also unsure what furniture will be left in property by the current housemate in that room but again will be able to tell you when we talk.
