Room available for rent in family home

We are looking for someone (ideally a girl) to live with us on a medium-long term basis. Currently living here is my mum (Gaynor - 61 and Tom & Kris (twins aged 26). We've had several people live with us over the last 10 years and it's always been a really enjoyable experience for all involved. We are a sociable family and love having friends & family over for tea & coffee & sometimes food & drinks too. We have a lovely modern house in Handforth with a big front & back garden & decking area, perfect for drinks and food in the Summer. We also have 2 border collies called Ruby & Rosie who are very affectionate and love people and are a big part of our family. The house is in a great location (quiet cul-de-sac) with plenty of parking and is in a very safe area. It is also only a 10minute walk to Handforth train station, from which trains run twice hourly into Manchester (journey time approx 20mins). The room is large with plenty of wardrobe space and a TV). The bathroom would be shared, but there are 3 bathrooms (one en-suite in the master) and 2 shower rooms, so there is never any overcrowding.
