I'm looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my house. It's a 3 bed semi in a lovely area close to Wilmslow, Manchester airport and the train station for Manchester.
The bedroom is currently furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table but this is negotiable if needed.
The house has a lounge, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, bathroom and a garage where you can store some things if required. I am looking to find someone who is also clean and tidy.
I'm a 34 year old professional who has a busy life, I work Monday -Friday and occasional weekends. I enjoy socialising, eating out, going to the gym and cooking.
The rent is £550 a month which includes all bills that includes council tax, gas, electric, water, Internet, window cleaner.
