We live in a beautiful, large red-brick farmhouse with a permaculture garden (in previous years we have grown our own veg) and some fields/woodland just outside Northwich, Cheshire. Convenient railway access for Chester, Manchester and Liverpool, and around 45 minutes' drive to Manchester or Liverpool.

Overview:
- spacious rooms in large house: all with either Double or Kingsize beds; some en-suite, some with shared bathroom; some with their own private lounge space.
- most bills included (including Council Tax, Wi-Fi, firewood) but there may be extra electricity costs depending on your room e. g. the Orchard Room is heated by an oil-filled radiator, and if you need the main house to be warmer than we normally have it you’ll need to contribute the difference in gas bills
- Shared (spacious!) kitchen, spacious living room with woodburning stove and conservagtory, & lots of land to roam
- large garden
- Singles/Couples welcome

The house is pretty quiet and people mostly keep to themselves, although it's also possible to connect socially in the Kitchen and Living Room. Everyone is self-catered – private fridge space and cupboard space available.

Master Kingsize bedroom:
- super spacious Double with 'Jack & Jill' Bathroom (shared but low usage)
- £700/month, bills included

Cosy Double:
- cosy Double opposite main shared bathroom
- £130/week, bills included

Self-contained stable unit:
- comfortable Double in converted stable (very well insulated but heated by electric radiator so that is an additional cost; also WiFi isn't good in there so either use the main house or buy a dongle)
- electric shower adjacent
- £110/week, bills included except for electric heater
