All Female household so we prefer females.
Large double room with en suite toilet.
Close to A6, 192 Park & Ride. Stepping hill etc.
There is a cozy lounge/dinning room, a garden and there is a small gym/yoga room in the shed. Parking is possible. The road is a cul de sac so is very quiet. Nice kitchen with breakfast bar and tumble dryer.
Ideal for people who work at the hospital.
We are all 30/40 something professionals and have a happy clean, tidy and quiet household. People with full time jobs preferred.
The house is a bit quirky and not suited to people with mobility issues.
We are not really a party house so if you're into playing loud music until midnight, coming in late etc etc. Its not the house for you.
We do like to do social things like visiting the pub quiz, having house dinners etc.
Sorry but we do not take people who work nights or similar late shifts or who are nocturnal!
Small pets possible but no dogs. We have a cat.
