Small double room available in Heaton Chapel. Just a short 6-7 minute walk to A6 bus route, Heaton Chapel train station and local amenities. Ideal for those working or studying in city centre/Stockport. Highfield Country Park on our doorstep so ideal for those who like walking/fresh air. Big supermarkets nearby too at Levenshulme/Reddish. Ample on street parking available.

House has large outdoor space and good sized communal areas. Looking for tidy, respectful and friendly housemate.

Room is furnished with a double bed, small chest of drawers and built in wardrobe. There is room for other small free standing furniture should you have these. This includes all bills but that doesn’t extend to cleaner, the hope is we all just do our bit and muck in.

You’ll be sharing with me, Karen. I’m 36 and Northern Irish and have been living in Greater Manchester for 5 years now and Dan, who is from Greater Manchester and works nearby. Looking for someone who likes both their own space but also who is friendly and sociable in the house.
