Hello :)!

My spare room in my home will become available around January (possibility for some flexibility for the right person earlier/later!)

I’m looking for someone who will treat my home just as their own too, clean, tidy, enjoys and respects one another’s own space as well as each other’s company :)!
I am a tidy person, who loves to have a quiet night in, enjoy cooking (and eating obvs) but also loves an occasional night out to pubs/bars.
I try and get to the gym when I can but also play Netball.
I do have my own dog - Rolo, she’s a cockapoo who is incredibly friendly but also excitable! (She is only allowed downstairs in the house, so upstairs including your bedroom would 100% be dog free)!
Ideally you need to love dogs as she’ll be obsessed with you and want cuddles all the time from you 😂. Unfortunately the advert is for someone to move in without pets.

In my house downstairs there is a kitchen with a dining area with doors opening to the garden and a separate living room. (You won’t need any kitchen stuff - my kitchen has everything you can possibly need and welcome to share it all!)
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms (mine and the one I am letting) and technically a single bedroom - which I mainly use as my office when I’m working from home.
There is one bathroom in the house which has a toilet & shower/bath. I also have a decent size garden at the rear of the property, and a drive at the front allowing for my car and yours should you require the parking space.
The bedroom comes fully furnished containing a double bed (ottoman style so storage under the bed) & mattress, 2 bedside tables, chest of draws, wardrobe & a small desk and chair. There is also a TV in the room.
The house has a washing machine, tumble dryer, large fridge freezer & dishwasher.

I am close to the motorways (5mins) and it is easy to get into Stockport (5min drive) & the City Centre 20-30minutes drive depending on traffic (I head that way for my commute to work without any issues). For anyone who doesn’t own a car, there are many transport links locally at a walkable distance, both trains and busses). The train station (Heaton Chapel) is about 10-15min walk and the train into Manchester City Centre is either a 9 min or 12 min train straight in and they run very frequently. If I’m going into town this is often how I get there.

There are a few nice cafes/pubs/small bars and restaurants within walking distance from the house in Heaton Moor (10/15min walk)

If you are interested please do get in touch!
I am currently working from home all the time.
Ideally your job allows you to work from office/workplace and therefore not wfh also (so we’re not on top of each other 24:7).

The monthly rent cost is all bills included to include council tax.

Thanks Katie x
