The room has its own staircase with a lockable door and can feel very separate from the rest of the house. Full access to a large shared kitchen, bathroom, shower room, and conservatory.

This is a pet-friendly home, as I have a lovely little cat and a full of character dog called Poppy. For this reason, I am looking for someone who doesn't mind pets.

*Unfortunately, we can no longer have cats on our pet-friendly list but all other pets will be considered.

There is a garden at both the front and back of the property which you are more than welcome to use.

Lots of free on-street parking just outside the house and no permits are required.

The property is less than a mile walk to Heaton Chapel train station which will take you directly into central Manchester in just 10 mins.

My home is a short distance to all the local amenities in both Heaton Chapel and Heaton Moor. Plenty of places to eat, shops, bars, and even a small local cinema.

If you like to exercise and grab fresh air, there is a lovely country park and field right next to the house for walks, runs, and cycling.

Main household bills: council tax, water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and TV license are all included in this monthly rent.

Couples may be considered, but the rate would need to be negotiated depending on particular circumstances.

I fully respect people's privacy and enjoy time away and on my own myself. It would be nice however to share the house with someone I can have a friendly positive relationship with.
