Unfurnished room in cosy 2 bed house

I am looking for a housemate to move into my rental house with me. I am 23 and just moved back home after living in Sydney for a few years. I have two dogs, border collies, who live at the house and they would love to have someone else around. I am looking for a tidy, reliable person who will help around the house to keep it clean. My party days are behind me, I would much prefer a night in watching a good movie. You must love dogs to get on in this house 😂 I am very easy going and spend most of my time either walking the dogs or at work. There is a small concrete yard outside and lots of on street parking too. The house is a little bit in the country side so driving would be essential unless you work close by. I have WiFi in the house and the whole house is furnished besides the bedroom. I do have a single bed in there which can be left or thrown out depending on the person's needs.
