If you’re looking for full time then that’s fine too. I own house and live here. I have 1 spare room and we will share all communal spaces. My home is very quiet and peaceful. Im friendly and welcoming. I work full time but am around in evenings. Mostly I just cook and chill then. At weekends i tend to be out one full day and home the other. Happy to catch a movie, share a wine/dinner occasionally. Respect privacy and down time. Must be clean and tidy. I have a very demanding but adorable cat so love of cats is absolutely essential. Sorry but no WFH and you must be in full time employment. If you’re interested then happy to meet to see if we gel.
If seeking part time then
105 per week. Week night only but Will also consider minimum 10 nights per month (suitable for cabin crew etc) charging nightly rate of 30 minimum stay 2 months and can be any night) Im flexible so contact me if you have different requirements.

Close links to m6 motorway network for both Liverpool and Manchester.
Lovely area with great pub and countryside walks on doorstep.
Close to glazebrook and irlam train station.
Local bus to Manchester and Warrington.
