Spacious double room available in Holmes Chapel

My spare room is available to rent.

The house is on a lovely street in the centre of Holmes chapel, only a five minute walk to the village centre. The house is also a two minute walk to Holmes chapel train station which has regular direct trains into Manchester, Manchester airport and Crewe where you can get a mainline train into London in less than two hours. The village centre itself has a selection of pubs and restaurants along with a selection of other local businesses. Alderley edge is 10 minutes away on the train or a 15 minute drive.

The room is a spacious fully furnished double room. All bills will be included in the rent which also includes fibre optic unlimited broadband. There is plenty of on street parking. The house has a large open plan living and dining room, a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a good sized garden.

I am a 29 year old professional and bought the house a few years ago. I have two cats (Mr Darcy and Sylvester) so you will need to be comfortable around cats. I like to keep the house clean and tidy and am therefore looking for a lodger who is the same, and that will help with the day to day cleanliness of the house as well as their room. So long as you help with the day to day upkeep of a tidy house I’m happy. I am looking for someone of a similar age that is respectful, and that I feel comfortable living with. I work Monday - Friday 9-5 (currently from home), and spend most of my spare time in the gym, at the stables or enjoying a glass of red somewhere.

I am looking for a professional lodger aged 25-35.
