Easy going live-in landlord looking for a professional housemate. I work in the tech sector and like to travel / keep busy.
The house has three floors, the double room available is located on the first floor with its own bathroom (shower over bath). The bedroom itself is unfurnished, however the rest of the house is.
The first floor also has a shared office / ironing room.
The ground floor has a kitchen, eating area, toilet and shared living area looking out onto the garden. The garden has a large decking area with seating. There's a large drive and on street parking too.
The second floor is my bedroom and bathroom.
