Live in landlady is seeking a professional female to live in the house.
Newly decorated, includes bed and bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, storage area and the use of a fridge and kitchen cupboard.
Will have access to the beautiful cottage garden.
Super fast broadband.
Excellent transport links to Manchester, Ashton and Stockport. Bus stop 2 minute walk, train station 10 minute walk.
Use of the kitchen, appliances and Utensils/Crockery etc.
Use of a shower room (shared).
Would be sharing with 3 adults.
I have a small dog that is part of the family, person must be ok living with a dog.
Available as soon as required.
I will need a reference from employer to confirm employment. And a character reference from a person that has known you a minimum of two years.
