I currently have a master bedroom to rent within a three bedroom semi-detached house in Warrington, Latchford area. The house itself has a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a large living space with a sofa, coffee table and TV. There is a fast unlimited wireless internet. Bathroom compromises of a shower, WC, sink and storage space for toiletries. The third bedroom is for the sole use of the tenants. It has a wardrobe and bed in there.
Front and back garden with barbecuing area and a secure shed for extra storage.
Parking available outside the house.

Please note; this is a house share with another tenant and not a room only.
Bills are not included, however, the fast Internet is free of charge.

Local amenities include co-op, post office, convenience shops, KFC, Subway and others. Bus stop is 2 min walk.

Manchester is about 30 min drive from the property. Warrington centre is approximately 5 mins drive from the house.

Bedroom:
Fully furnished with a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and double bed.
