Double room with en suite close to Cheshire Oaks

I live in a 4-bed detached property on a 5-year-old development, surrounded by lovely neighbours, with a double garage, large garden, and within walking distance of Cheshire Oaks, 1 min to the M53, and 15 mins drive to Chester City Centre. I like having a clean and tidy home and would want any housemate to respect that and want the same.

The bedroom is a nice size double, fully furnished, with an en suite. There is a large kitchen with a "dining/family room", a separate dining room, a main living room, a utility room complete with washing machine and tumble dryer, and space on the drive for 3 cars.

I work predominantly from home (one of the bedrooms is an office. I usually do a day in the office each per week, and occasionally work away on film shoots or conferences for a few weeks at a time. I also enjoy travelling and try to go on a couple of trips per year.

I love cooking and eating out, enjoy the theatre, watching films, listening to music, and I go to the gym a couple of times a week (it's less than 10 mins walk away). I would consider myself to be sociable, friendly, easy to get on with and appreciate mutual respect.

I also have an 9-year-old son who I see every other weekend, so having a little person occasionally running about can't be a problem for you. Someone who was Mon-Fri only would be ideal, but not essential.
