Greetings are you between moves, relationships, or fed up with commuting? Or maybe just working fairly locally in the week?
I live in a lovely village just off the A556. So a mixture of nearby countryside but easy access to Northwich, Knutsford or Chester, Warrington, Manchester. My home is in a quiet cul de sac.
It is a cosy 3 bed semi with a relaxing lounge with log burner/TV & a large kitchen dinner with a sofa & TV.
You would have a newly decorated good sized bed room with single bed, one modern shared bathroom & access to rest of house and kitchen facilities
There is parking on the the drive for 2 cars easily plus a large patio & garden which you are welcome to use. (there is storage in garage if needed)
Ideal if you are in the area on regular business for between 1 - 4 nights a week and want to avoid costly hotel accommodation, or between moves, family situations.
I consider myself easy to get on with & enjoy banter. This is tidy/clean house so would expect the same respect from my lodger. Contact me if you are interested & wish to discuss. I only OFFER 1-4 NIGHTS IN THE WEEK. Obviously rent is adjusted to number of nights. So open to chat about requests for accommodation to suit you if you are GENUINELY interested.
