Tudor Lodge is a 6 bed shared house, with the largest room available.

Bedroom 3A is located in the attic - the large window flood the room with natural light, with views over the garden, neighbouring fields and local countryside.

Situated in Lyme Green, Near Macclesfield, Tudor Lodge offers that chance to live in an idyllic setting, close to Macclesfield Forest and the countryside, whilst still being within a short distance from local amenities.

The house benefits from a large shared kitchen and living room, fantastic garden, private parking and beautiful period features throughout.

All our house shares are all bills included. We cover the Council tax, all utilities (including gas, electricity and water) as well as a TV and Broadband package, making your monthly budgeting simple and manageable!

We also provide regular cleaners for the communal areas.

Our properties are fully furnished with kitchen and laundry facilities.

𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲
We offer a 3 or 6 month fixed term contract, at the end of the fixed term the agreement will become ‘rolling’ with a month’s notice required to terminate. We can offer shorter agreements and rooms for couples – additional charges apply for these types of tenancies.

Macclesfield is a 25 minute train journey from Manchester city centre and around 12 minutes from Stockport. There is an excellent bus service to key places including Astra Zeneca, Alderley Park and Macclesfield hospital. The town centre has a great mix of shops and supermarkets, an independent cinema, coffee shops, restaurants, bars and pubs.

Where possible, we will endeavour to provide a video of the property in advance.

Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, a credit check will be required and our referencing requirements include:

- Proof of Employment
- Visa (if required)
