This property is a two storey 3 double bed house share. Two rooms are currently taken by two professionals that work nearby, both are clean and respectful.

There is a large kitchen with breakfast bar and plenty of storage. In addition, the house also consists of two bathrooms, one with a large shower and one with a bath, both have a WC and sink, so there will never be a fight for the bathroom. All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly and all rooms come fully furnished. The house also has an internal area which can be used to store mountain bikes for those that wish to discover the local views and trails.

All bills are inclusive: Council tax, all utilities (including: gas, electricity and water), Freeview in the living room and bedrooms and there is free fast unlimited broadband.

It’s only a 5 minute walk to the train station and town centre and is close to the Hospital and AstraZeneca. With Manchester only 30 mins by train and London 2 hours, it’s a perfect place to be! Parking permit required for residents or local on street parking nearby. If you sign up to a years contract we will pay for your parking permit.

Macclesfield is a heritage town, set in the Peak District and the Cheshire Countryside. For the keen mountain biker, Macclesfield Forrest is a short trip away, which is perfect for the beginner or expert biker.
Macclesfield also has many pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes for those that like something less active.
