Looking For Housemate And Their Dog!

Double room for rent

Hello! My name's Amy and I live in my 3 bed mid terrace house in Macclesfield (close to the Spire hospital and a 15 minute walk to the train station). I'm a 34YO Interior designer/architect and have lived in Macclesfield 2 years.

I live with my 7 year old dog Butler so liking dogs is a must! I am specifically looking for a lodger with a dog so they can keep each other company and hopefully have a dog walking share arrangement for some of the time.

Currently I have a lodger living with me in the loft room until June 2021. The room available is a double room with bed and mattress provided, other furniture can be considered upon request. I have had a lodger live in this particular room for 3 months with their dog and this has worked really well, hence the search for a new housemate and a canine companion! We all share a large bathroom and there have never been any issues.

Potential house mate must be clean and tidy, respectful of the house, sociable but also happy to have their own space. I work 5 days a week in Manchester and go to the gym a fair bit so I'm not in the house a lot in the week but I am around most weekends. (Pre covid, at the moment we both WFH)

In terms of the house, I have a useful basement if you need to store anything, with washing machine, a good size garden which is lovely in the summer and a parking space available. There is a large diner/kitchen and a living room.
