Spacious double room in 2 bed terrace

Looking for a housemate to share my lovely little terrace house with. I am a mature student in my final year of university and will be spending quite a lot of time on placement next year so ideally looking for someone who's working mon-fri and likes to keep things chilled during the week. I split my time between home and my boyfriends house so you would have the house to yourself a few nights a week. I'm a fairly active person and like to get out running and walking, but always happy to share a bottle of wine/takeaway and get stuck into a good netflix series with anyone who's keen. The room is a very spacious double and can be furnished or unfurnished depending on if you have any furniture to bring along. It's a 10 min walk to the train station, with easy access to Manchester and a direct link to London. All bills included in price: water, energy, internet, council tax and Netflix on the lounge tv. Street parking available with no permit needed. Any other questions, just let me know :)
